General Terms & Conditions
B.1 In the event of any dispute regarding these promotional terms and conditions; the administration, conduct or results of the Promotion; and/or any other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of betkwiff shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Failure to comply with these promotional terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Promotion and/or account closure.

B.2 Duplicate accounts will not qualify for this Promotion. betKwiff may determine at its sole discretion whether it believes different entries or accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.

B.3 All withdrawals are subject to audit by betkwiff. We reserve the right to reclaim any bonus and/or cash reward and/or any winnings, and/or close an account, in a situation of obvious abuse or fraud.

B.4 The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, meaning we monitor one per family, household address, email address, IP address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit card), and shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

B.5 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payments and any winnings generated where:

Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions;
A customer is found to have multiple accounts;
A customer is self-excluded on any accounts they hold with betkwiff;
Regulations, such as those pertaining to responsible gambling or anti-money laundering, prevent it;
Kwiff, at its sole discretion has reason to believe that the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular, fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred.
B.6 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or a participant being ineligible to participate in the Promotion, betkwiff reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate and in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to account closures; disqualifications from the promotion; reclamation of bonuses, cash rewards, winnings or prizes granted; refusing all future promotions; withholding associated winnings; and/or voiding associated stakes.

B.7 Events may occur that result in betkwiff extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, these terms and conditions and/or the awarding of prize(s), bonuses or cash rewards at any point and for any reason. These may be due to a third party’s illegal activity, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of betkwiff and accordingly, the entrant agrees that betkwiff shall have no liability as a result thereof. Surprise or Free bets once voided will have no stake returned. We shall endeavour to supply an alternative Surprise Bet of the same value. Where existing participants are affected, they shall be informed in advance and can opt-out with only their eligible redeemable cash balance being available.

B.8 betkwiff disclaims any liability for inaccurate information or payouts, whether caused by the website, users of the Platform, equipment used in the Promotion, or by human or technical errors related to the Promotion. betkwiff does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry or qualification for the Promotion. betkwiff will not be responsible for any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion to the extent such occurs for reasons beyond betkwiff reasonable control.

B.9 betkwiff may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for verification documents such as a passport or ID to verify your identity, age and residency or any other information required to fulfil ongoing regulatory obligations and limit fraud. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes or rewards that have been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

B.10 Employees of betkwiff (or their families or households), or any group company of betkwiff, companies associated with betkwiff and all affiliates of such companies, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. betkwiff reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

B.11 betkwiff reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond our control. Customers who qualified prior to any change will be honoured with the reward or where not possible, with a reward of equal value or greater.

B.12 The promoter of this Promotion in New Zealand is World Wide Gaming, registered in the Isle of Man under the number 017900V and having its registered office at Second Floor, 14 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man.

B.13 betkwiff Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these promotion terms and conditions and the betkwiff Terms of Conditions and/or Betting Rules, they shall prevail in the following order: (a) Terms of Conditions, (b) Betting Rules, (c) these promotion terms and conditions.
